The purchase will be charged only after physical shipping or delivery of the download has occured. This normally occurs 1-2 days after purchase. The transaction appears as "Microsoft Store / arvato".

For your purchase at the Microsoft Store you can only use Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. If your card is still valid and the card limit not yet reached, there is the possibility that an error occurred on the website or on your bank’s computer system. Please try again or contact your bank.

Wire Transfer
You have the option to pay your order by wire transfer. Should you choose this method, your order will be prepared for dispatch, respectively your download will be provided, as soon as the money is booked by our financial management. Please note that wire transfers inside Germany, respectively the European Union (EU), can take a few days. Should you not pay the invoice within 30 days, your order will be cancelled automatically. Please be aware that the maximum order value at the Microsoft Store is 1.400,00 GBP including VAT.
