The purchase will be charged only after physical shipping or delivery of the download has occured. This normally occurs 1-2 days after purchase. The transaction appears as "Microsoft Store / arvato".
Your order is completed when you receive the order confirmation e-mail. Please keep this order confirmation e-mail. Please keep this order confirmation e-mail safely in case you need to contact our customer service.
Security: Your data is encrypted by our server and once your order is authorised it is processed immediately.
Please note that the maximum amount per order is £1,000 including VAT.

On Friday, January 1st, 2010 the standard VAT rate in the UK will get changed from 15% to 17.5%.
Microsoft Store UK is obliged by law to collect the applicable VAT depending on the product category and the final ship to country. The itemised VAT rate which applies for your order will be visible on the cart control before your order will be completed. Further the order confirmation and the invoice you will receive per e-mail outlines the respective VAT rates and amounts.
